Can a model predict the next missed window

Date Published

A missed window is rarely a surprise to the driver. It is a surprise to everyone else, because nobody looked at the route between the morning plan and the complaint.

Forecasting delivery risk means re-estimating every remaining stop as the day unfolds and flagging the ones that are drifting out of their window while there is still time to act.

We look at how accurate those forecasts are at thirty, sixty and ninety minutes out, and at what a dispatcher can realistically do with a warning at each horizon.
